Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
GPT Tools 4U collects the information you submit through the signup form: your first name, email address, source, consent status, exact consent wording and consent timestamp. We use this information to send the Digital Product Creation Blueprint and follow-up emails you requested.
Email delivery is handled through Resend or a similar email service provider. Follow-up emails may contain affiliate links. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.
We may store technical security information such as request timestamps and hashed rate-limit records to protect the website from abuse. Protected bonus links use secure tokens, and only token hashes are stored.
If you request a personalised banner, we also collect the Mega Link and membership information you submit, your requested banner message, preferred format, and the photo you upload. We use this information to verify eligibility, create the banner, contact you about the request and provide the finished download.
Uploaded photos and banner instructions are processed through OpenAI's API to create the requested image. Do not upload a photo unless it belongs to you or you have permission to use it. Do not include sensitive personal information in your banner message.
Banner request records and files are kept only for a reasonable operating and support period, then deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required for security, consent or legal records.
We retain subscriber records while the email relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for consent, suppression, security and troubleshooting records. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we need to keep for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Information may be processed in countries outside your own because service providers such as email platforms may operate internationally.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to operate the website, to protect the website from abuse, or with service providers that help deliver the requested emails.
